[Oh, come now, he allows people to talk about themselves once in a while if the topic is interesting enough - admittedly, he's usually only pretending to care, but this is actually legitimately interesting. (...that said, he would prefer it if you managed to hold your feels and keep any and all tears in your head, should they threaten to start.)

As it stands, however, he'll actually let you finish all that without interjecting; he leans forward a bit, clearly intrigued, particularly once the drawing starts. He moves a bit after a while, shifting his grip on that cane of his and toying with it a bit, though the gesture is just there to give himself something to do while he considers, not a sign of boredom; he's always been more than a bit fidgety and staying still through all that is quite simply not going to happen.]

That really is fascinating, believe me...back in Albion, we have three Heroic disciplines - the Strength and Will that I mentioned earlier, as well as Skill. Strength is fairly obvious, encompassing both physical prowess and heightened abilities when using weapons such as swords, axes or hammers designed for battle; Will is best described as magic use, and Skill is increased speed and dexterity, as well as heightened abilities with firearms. What you describe as alchemy actually corresponds to those disciplines rather well; you would likely be considered a rather powerful Hero of Strength, as Albion goes, and from what I've heard about Kimblee, he favors Will...it's very interesting indeed, the other instances of magic that I've discussed with others aren't nearly as close to what I'm used to, but this...well.

Let's say that should this place see fit to return your abilities to you, you really will have to demonstrate these powers of yours for me.
